Do I have to overnight at the hotel?
No. The conference is a one-day event on Sunday 17th April, but overnight accommodation for the night before has been secured at a special rate for delegates who might want to make a more relaxed weekend of it, or who live a particular distance away. The overnight rate includes dinner, bed and breakfast, complimentary parking, a welcome cocktail party and use of all the Marriott Hotel's leisure facilities. Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
As long as you notify the organisers and the transfer of name happens before 12th April 2016 we can transfer your ticket to another person in your company free of charge.
Partial refunds can be offered in exceptional circumstances.
